For today’s blog we decided to give some love to three local junior photographers that help make the daily blog sick by snapping pix of people using Catch Surf gear. All three of these groms are in high school and get some pretty sweet shots. Please check out all the photos below from the three Aperture Hustlers and click the “LIKE” button below the photographers work you like most. The photographer with the most likes by December 27th will get a Catch Surf t-shirt, hat and blog bragging rights. Hahahaha. No matter how the votes go, all these kids are getting insane at photography and we just want to show them some support.

Aperture Hustlers (Cameron Gundlock)

Cameron Gundlock aka Gundlock Gold is a student at Dana Hills High and can always be seen early in the morning at Salt Creek with his headphones on shooting all the surfers and bodyboarders from crazy angles including the bushes and up on the hill. We just got the latest issue of Ghetto Surf Magazine and noticed that Catch Surf’s own Colton Overin had a sweet shot in it. Next time he’s gotta put the Catch Surf sticker higher on the board it’s kinda hidden in his “unique” board artwork.

Hawaiian Josh Trotter is our newest edition to the Division 71 team and this kid shreds it dropknee and prone. Check out the dk wax job his buttery new Division 71 Standard 42″.

Naki and crew shred the Airglide

Japanese shredder and owner of nakisurf.com, Naki is in town and wanted to test out our new Airglide surfboard this weekend. With a fun little swell and mellow winds, Naki and the crew took the 5′ Airglide and hit up some fun looking Trestles.
