A pic we took for our Instagram this morning. Fun times with fun boards!

Division 71 rider David “D-Phil” Phillips putting his new Super 39″ in the air somewhere in Hawaii. D-Phil’s ability to boost on any section is pretty crazy…

D-Phil again, this time air reversing. How’s his perfect color matching of the boards, fins and wetsuit?

We randomly found this photo on the Analog blog of one of their riders having some fun on the finless Original 54 Beater.

Don’t mess with the locals….

Beater squad shredder Shawn Stephens dropped off a couple new pics the other day and besides the fact that he’s shredding in the photos, it’s also pretty manly how he charges a long-arm spring suit in the middle of winter… Shawn above setting up for a stylish tube ride on his blue Original 54 in San Clemente.

Shawn taking it off the top finless.

Shawn also shapes his own hand made surfboards and rips on them too. Shawn getting loose and flaring the Catch Surf sticker on the bottom of his home made shred sled.

Division 71’s Cody Cook pulling into a clear little Southern California winter barrel on his 41″ Super Deluxe board. Cody has been super pumped on the Super Deluxe’s perfect flex in the colder water temps.

We just ran across this backflip shot of Beans at Wedge this past summer and figured it was the perfect time to give it some light on the blog. We found the shot on Cameron Gundlock’s Facebook page and it’s kind of crazy how many sweet shots he gets…Pic.Gundlock

Surf Expo Day 3 Pix

Monday, January 16th, 2012

Sorry we’re a day late, but here is the pix from the last day of Surf Expo. Above is an exclusive lineup photo of some of the bikini girls that were strutting their stuff at Surf Expo. Possibly some future Beater girls right here!

Get ready for the Catch Surf apparel line!

Possibly some of the worst products at the show. If you wear a hat like these, please stop following our blog immediately.

Possibly one of the best products at the show. The Catch Surf “Ruled” trunks.

Jared Jeff of Surf Station surfshop in Florida was psyching on the Division 71 Standard board.

Nice little spy cam pic for you bloggers. Right before we shot this, some lady told us nicely to put away our camera phone but clearly we kept at it so we had some eye candy on the blog.

One of the raddest booths at Surf Expo.

Another sneek peek of the Catch Surf apparel. Check out those stylish sweatshirts!

Our rep Ryan Savage getting a pic with the legendary gator hunter Bruce Mitchell of the hit TV show Swap People. Look at that guy.

Oh yes, retro Beater wallets coming soon!

Florida grom shredder Billy Marshall posing with his favorite board at the show, the 2012 Beater Original 48 twin fin. The lime green deck with the silver bottom was a real hit!

In the SUP pool a guy was doing break dancing fully clothed on a SUP. Nobody really cared but we thought it made for a cool photo.

This chick was doing SUP yoga.

Surf Expo Day 2 Pix

Saturday, January 14th, 2012

Here’s the daily pictures of the action from day 2 of the Surf Expo tradeshow in Orlando, FL. We like this photo above, there’s a lot of nice things going on in this pic!

This dude had a pretty rad custom balloon hat.

As usual, some bikini runway shots for our blogger homies and homiettes.

The show was poppin’ today and the Catch Surf booth was en fuego.

Ricky chillin’ with Mr. Pipeline Gerry Lopez.

Surf shops getting psyched on all the new Catch Surf goodies.

Savagio modeling the new “90210″ crew sweatshirt.

Tradeshow eye candy

The Odysea LOG’s are coming soon! They’re sickest, strongest soft surfboards on the market and they actually look cool too. Available in 7′, 8′ and 9′.

Ricky chatting it up with his buddy Manny from Jackass. Check out his missing finger which he lost from a battle with a rattlesnake.

Odysea shredder Steve Taylor and his new “custom” Exile tee designed by the Catch Surf crew.

Pix from the swell

Tuesday, January 10th, 2012

The pix have been flooding in from the big NW swell that rolled in last week and here’s a couple of the gems we received. How’s this macker barrel Parker Mendenhall’s pulling into south of the border? So sick!

The first day of the swell Johnny Redmond decided to hit up some glassy clean walls at Salt Creek and practice his grab-rail carves on the Airglide surfboard. Pic.Jordan Anast

Johnny again, this time tucking into a solid glassy inside tube on the Airglide. Pic.Jordan Anast

Fresh to the Division 71 team, David Phillips has been on a tear lately with his new D71 Standard 39″ board. How’s this monster air reverse at Honolua Bay this past weekend. No joke.

David Phillips again, this time hucking a massive backflip at a secret spot. A testament to how strong the Standard board is, David Phillips has still not creased his board after doing massive moves like the ones above.

Pro skimboarder Blair Conklin pulling into a sweet looking Laguna barrel on his 5′ Y-Quad this past Friday. Pic.Conklin

Parker Mendenhall was everywhere on this swell, Friday he charged Baja and then Saturday he was charging shorebreak barrels in North Orange County like the one above. Pic.Shane Grace

Kyle Kugel pulling in on a beastly shorebreak slab on the Catch Surf ONE. Pic.Patterson

There was even a few little waves in New York. Check out Justin Schwartz nose riding the Beater at Rockaway Beach. Pic.mjrphoto.net

Divsion 71’s Mike Bain scored some nice pits in Baja too like this one above.

Beans shredding it

Monday, January 9th, 2012

Check out this sick little edit of Beans shredding it up Friday during that sweet swell we received here in Southern California. The edit was made by John McKinney.
