Yesterday some of the Catch Surf team went down to Salt Creek to have a nice little beach day and test out some of the new 2011 Catch Surf boards that will be out in a couple weeks. Yes, the waves weren’t pumping and 6-8ft as you can see above, but it didn’t matter because our boards are a blast in small summertime surf like this! Below are a couple lifestyle pix our art director Fede took while we were down there and more action photos will be posted in the next couple days!

Super shredster CJ Drummy with the chief head dress and the sick new 2011 Catch Surf Super ONE board which will be out in a couple weeks.

Even the bald eagle showed up to get a sneak peak of the new 2011’s!

Colton Overin and his 2011 Y-Quad, which he claims is the best soft board he’s even ridden and being a shredder from San Clemente, he’s tried them all!

Taylor Page cruised down and ripped it up on the new Beater Original 48″, which is a smaller Beater for groms and blackball areas that have 4′ and under restrictions. The new Beater 48″ is also sick for skimming!

Pro photographer Shelby Craig came down and snapped some water shots of the action.

CJ Drummy gives the thumbs up in the background as horseybatman poses with the Beater Original 48″.
